She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford W. Cook of Gholson; her daughter Beverly Cook; and her grandson Corey Cook. She is survived by: her son Jay Cook (Valerie); her grandchildren, Randall, Jason, James, Raymond and Jessica; her great grandchildren, Brooke, Logan, Quin and Riley; Clifford. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
