He was predeceased by: his father Davie Costin. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Costin; his sisters, Kelley Rowland (Brandon), Kristina Mayo, Amy Tarr (Joe) and Cathy Spivey (Doug); and his nieces and nephews, Hannah McLain (Taylor), Jackson Rowland, Isabella Rowland, Emily Tarr, Evan Tarr, Jenna Morgan (Caleb), Molly Tierney (Sean), JD Spivey, Noah Spivey (Sam) and Elizabeth Spivey. He is also survived by two great-nephews, two great-nieces, and one great-nephew.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home (602 Lindsay St, Gainesville, TX 76240). A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at the Fairview Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
