He was predeceased by: his parents, Jester Lee Green and Lois Green; and his siblings, Phillip, Darrell, Alton and Jeanette.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lavonne, Virginia, Margaret, Karen, Sharon, Madie and Arthur Green of Gainesville, Texas.; his wife Carole Green of Fort Worth; his children, Chad Green of Springtown, Texas and Angela Green Ogle of Arlington, Texas; and his stepson Randle Holt of Burleson, Texas. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Azle & Lake Worth Funeral Home (850 N Cardinal Rd, Azle, TX 76020). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Azleland Cemetery & Memorial Park (850 N Cardinal Rd, Azle, TX 76020).
