He was predeceased by: his parents, Guadalupe Hernandez and Lucio Jacquez; his wife Lusinda; and his sons, Roger and Mario Jacquez.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jackie King (Louis) and Jessica Hamilton (Charles); and his grandchildren, Arianne, Tianna (Kevin), Jacob, David Jr., Davina and Twyla (Brad). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren, and an array of friends and family.
