She is survived by: her husband Dan Dankworth of Abilene; her children, Greg Dankworth (Laura) of Amarillo and Danise Wills of Abilene; her grandchildren, Krissy Layton (Dustin) of Azle, Kyla Dodgin (Dustin) of Amarillo, Orrin Dankworth (Kaci) of Amarillo, Maegan Allen (Caleb) of Abilene, Riley Wills (Geraldine) of Abilene and LeAnna Wills of Abilene; and her great grandchildren, Anna Malkuch (Graham) of Lubbock, Liam Dodgin of Amarillo, Landry Layton of Azle, Myles, Jackson, Charli Kate Dankworth of Amarillo, Fisher, Emberly Allen of Abilene, Walker, Dakota, Clara and Hadley Jo Wills of Abilene.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Lange Funeral Home (1910 Hutchings Ave, Ballinger, TX 76821). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Hendrick Hospice Care or West Texas Rehabilitation Center in Shelia's memory.
