He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Martinka and Emilie Martinka; and his brother Dennis Martinka. He is survived by: his sons, Brett and Neal Martinka; his stepdaughter Chelsea Bradley; and his brothers, Laddie and Dave Martinka. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
