She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Luther Hood and Mamie Hood; her sons, Steven "Steve" and Jerry Slater; her grandchildren, Allison Slater, Krystal Satterfield (Randy), Angela Lewis (Shea), Justin Slater and Alexis Slater; and her husband Daniel.
