He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Barrios (Benavides); his children, Jaime Diaz, Audrey Stevens, Carol Torres, Erik Diaz and Dolores Clarke; and his siblings, Virginia Barrios, Patricio Barrios, Jose Guadalupe Barrios, Maria Milagros Flores and Jose Enicio Barrios. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
