He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James B. Motley (Judith Freije) and Kevin; and his wife Anne.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Bastrop Providence Funeral Home (2079 TX-71, Bastrop, TX 78602).
