He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Herman, Elaine Smith, Charles and Katharine Tillman; his niece Ashtyn Kay Smith; and his cousin Matthew Ray Smith.

He is survived by : his children, Kyle Grey Tillman, III and Lillian Elaine Tillman; his parents, Kay Tillman Norwood (Andrew) and Kyle Grey Tillman, Sr. (Susan); and his sister Kara Tillman Smith.
