She is survived by: her children, Rodney Dale Smith, Jr., Austin Garrett Smith (Samantha Beaudroux) and Faith Nicole Smith (Sean Spencer); her sisters, Carrie Fultz (Lonnie Fultz) and Carmin Bertling; and her grandchildren, Carter Dale Smith, Chloe Nicole Smith and Carsyn Leigh Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
