It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eula Faye Blackwell of Baytown, Texas, born in Tylertown, Mississippi, who passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Cullen Greer and Edna Greer; and her former life partner O. L. Blackwell. She is survived by : her brothers, Reverend Hubert Greer of Mississippi and Dr. Willie Greer of Mississippi; her children, David (Erleen), Dawain (Janet) and Toni (Jim); her grandchildren, Kimberly (Stefan), Derek (Taylor), Brandon (Yesenia), Nicholas, Brent, Chad and Matt; her great grandchildren, Conor and Liam; and her close friends, Merle, Welton Cothern, Candi Frazier, Edna Langston and Dian Rosier. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Earthman Funeral Home (3919 Garth Rd, Baytown, TX 77521). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
