With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Baker (Baytown, Texas), who passed away on January 24, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry Lee and Vera Fielder Spell; and her siblings, Harry Wayne Spell and Nancy Spell Brumley. She is survived by : her husband Merle S Baker; her sons, Voy L Andrews (Michael) and Wesley T Andrews (Kathy); her granddaughter Kacie Andrews; and her friend Anna Hooper. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
