She was predeceased by: her parents, Elias Martinez and Petra Martinez; her husband Arturo E. of Leon; her sons, Arthur E. of Leon and Andrew of Leon; her grandson Jonathan of Leon; her daughter-in-law Rebecca Smith of Leon; and her siblings, Francisco Martinez (Frank), Geronimo Martinez (Jay), Elias Martinez Jr. (Eli), Consuelo Martinez Chapa (Connie), Flora Martinez Ramirez and Natalia Martinez Coronado (Natie).
She is survived by: her children, Teri (Rick Rocha), Alex (Elizabeth) of Leon, Anne of Leon and Elisa of Leon; and her brother Refugio Martinez (Fugio). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchild.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the San Jacinto Cemetery (14659 East Fwy, Houston, TX 77015). Visitation was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A rosary was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 6:00 PM.
