He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Addison and Willie Mae Addison. He is survived by : his wife Melva J. Addison; his sons, Rusty G. Addison and Phil Addison; his daughter-in-law Renee Addison; his granddaughter Janci Addison; and his sister Ernestine Allison.
