He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Nouis and Mary Nouis (Habas) of Morrison County, Minnesota.; his son James Nouis; and his siblings, Damon Nouis, Genevieve Kloss, Rita Kloss, Jerome Nouis, Delphine Westlake and Leroy Nouis.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Nouis; his children, Jeff Nouis (Marcia), Janet Nouis Lively (Mike Lively), Craig Nouis (Kathy) and Robert Nouis Jr.; his daughter-in-law Grisell Nouis; his grandchildren, Kevin Lively (Courtney), Ryan Strahan, David Nouis, Christopher Nouis (Vismaya) and Erik Nouis (Lauren); his great grandchildren, James Nouis, Kevin Lively Jr. (KJ) and Korie Lively; and his brother Arnold Nouis.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Forest Park East Funeral Home (21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598). A rosary was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Hyacinth Catholic Church (2921 Center St, Deer Park, TX 77536). A committal service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Forest Park East Cemetery (21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598).
