He was predeceased by : his parents, Jesus (Maria Juarez Venegas) and Baytown; his wife Susan Mares Venegas; his daughter Annette Michelle Venegas; and his siblings, Roman Venegas and Andrea Kelly.

He is survived by : his daughters, Renee'Venegas Parrott (Damon Parrott), Maureen Venegas and Ruth Venegas; his brother Enrique Ramon Venegas; his grandchildren, Renaldo Negron (Mandi), Rudolfo Negron, Reuel Negron, Gabriel Oren Cox, Rachel Cox, Marisa Cox and Vincent Venegas; and his great grandchildren, Timothy Negron and Sienna Negron. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
