He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleuterio Cruz and Guadalupe Cruz (Silva); and his siblings, Juan, Ramon, Paul Cruz and Donisia Torres.

He is survived by: his wife Adelfina Cruz; and his sisters, Betty Gonzales, Gloria Hernandez, Maria Elena Monreal, Olivia Cruz and Elosia Gonzales. He is also survived by loving nephews and nieces as well as other loving family members and friends.
