He was predeceased by: his wife Ruby Edwards. He is survived by: his children, John Edwards Sr., Kay M Edwards and Kim Edwards Walker (Shannon); his grandchildren, John Edwards Jr. (Tora), Seth Edwards, Trace Edwards, Cameron Walker and Dylan Walker; and his great grandchild Alena Edwards.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:15 AM at the St. Martin de Porres Mission Catholic Church of Cheek (7467 Boyt Rd, Beaumont, TX 77713). A rosary will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at the Live Oak Memorial Park (12563 W Port Arthur Rd, Beaumont, TX 77705).
