He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Louise Hernandez; and his daughter Lacie Garcia. He is survived by: his father Tony Hernandez; his daughter Ashley Goolsby of Beaumont; the mother of his children Nellie Guillot; his brother Vincent Hernandez; and his grandchildren, Seth Goolsby, Athena Goolsby and Michael Goolsby. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
