He was predeceased by: his parents, George Burleigh and Lillian 'Sweet Burleigh; and his brother Shelton Burleigh. He is survived by: his children, Justin Howard Burleigh (Lakiesha) of Nacogdoches and Sierra Burleigh (Porscha) of College Station, Texas; his friend Yolanda Smith; and his siblings, Sherman Burleigh (Barbara), Harry Lee Sr., Georgia Mae Duke (David) of Beaumont, Shirley King (James) of Beaumont, Shelia Woodfin of Beaumont and Gladys Mayfield of Beaumont. He is also survived by three grandsons, and one granddaughter; one great-grandson.
