She was predeceased by: her son Marshall L. Fenner; her father Roger Marshall, Sr.; her grandparents, Roland, Esther Marshall, Dave and Bessie Parker; her father-in-law Gene Fenner; and her stepfather Darrell Foster.
She is survived by: her husband Roy L. Fenner; her sons, Roger E. Fenner, Brandon A. Fenner, Shaun T. Fenner and Brett A. Fenner; her granddaughters, Tessa, Tatum and Kennedy Fenner; her mother Nova Marshall Foster (Parker); her brother Roger, Jr. Marshall (Meghann); her niece Zoey Leann Marshall; her mother-in-law Mary Fenner; and her stepsiblings, Wayne Foster and Gwen Foster Stevens. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
