She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert Lee Starks, Jr. of Beaumont, Texas; her children, Gloria Grace (Anthony) of Beaumont and Robert Lee Starks, III of New Braunfels, Texas; and her siblings, Patricia Jenkins (Terry) of Beaumont, Texas, Sandra Thibodeaux (Dorsey Lee) of Beaumont, Texas, Judy Boudreaux of Beaumont, Texas, Janice Leday (Dominique) of Beaumont, Texas and Arby Wright, Jr. (Jenice) of Beaumont, Texas.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rising Sun Missionary Baptist Church (4255 Pine St, Beaumont, TX 77703). Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A public viewing will be held for Ms. Starks from 12:00 noon until 5:00 pm on Friday, August 1, 2023 at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel and visitation on Saturday, August 21, 2025 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at the church, with the practice of social distancing and facial masks required.
