She was predeceased by : her sister Marie W. Lindsey; and her parents, Florence B. Wingate and Lance J. Wingate. She is survived by : her husband John Doucet, Jr.; her son Jonathan King (MaryBeth); her grandsons, Nathan and Nicolas of Auburn, Alabama; and her sister Nancy Wingate (Cruce Stark) of Wilmington, Delaware. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, feel free to donate to the charity that is most meaningful to you. Patsy's favorites were the Arbor Day Foundation, the USO, and Harbor Hospice of Beaumont, where she spent her last peaceful days (and where she had previously served as a volunteer).
