He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Philip Allen Sr. and Kay Allen. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Shannon Allen; and his siblings, Paige Paul (Ricky Paul) and Conly Allen (Brenda Allen). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and countless friends.
