With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sheridan Lewis of Beaumont, Texas, who passed away on April 7, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Dave Marks (Dorothy Joe Marks) and Iberia Parish; her children, Jessica A. Marks, Tracy A. Marks and Joyce A. Marks; and her siblings, Barrama Arline, Sylvester Marks Sr., Glenda Smith and Donna Hardy.

She is survived by: her children, Priscilla Lewis, Clarence Lewis and William Lewis (Gianni); her siblings, Dr. Lilton Marks Sr. (Caroline), Tommy Marks (Truly), George Marks Sr. (Betty) and Winda Marks (Myra); and her grandchildren, Shirley Lewis (Calvin), Wilma Lewis, Barbara Lewis, Billy Lewis, Tiffany Lewis, Michelle Lewis, Jeremy Howard, Ebonie Lewis-Greene, Shanice Alston, Devan Lewis, Johnathan Lewis and Adonis Lewis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
