It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephanie Mills Cowart of Beaumont, Texas, who passed away on December 28, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jack Edwards Mills and Barbara Wilson Mills; her children, Mallory Renee Smith (Cameron) and Austin Lloyd Cowart; her grandchildren, Teal Smith and Callahan Smith; her sisters, Deborah Scalf (Dempsey) and Lisa Mills Pilkington (Kevin); and her husband Garland Cowart.
