She was predeceased by: her parents, William Austin and Phala Lucille Jackson Smith; and her husband Phillip Weaver. She is survived by: her son Kirk Weaver (Renae); her grandsons, Clint Weaver (Casie) and Ryan Weaver (Kelsey); her great grandchildren, Kellen, Reese, Jackson and Tessa Weaver; and her siblings-in-law, Jane Cammack and Dr. Andrew Nutt. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
