He was predeceased by: his father Raul Riojas Jr.; his grandparents, Raul Sr., Dorotea Riojas and Carmen Garza; and his aunts and uncles, Gonzalo Riojas, Juan Riojas, Arturo Garcia, Elodia Riojas Medellin and Esther Carrasco (Bene).
He is survived by: his mother Lucille Garcia; his stepfather Anselmo Garcia, Jr.; his siblings, Dr. Jesse G. Riojas (Marilu) of Mathis and Anne Marie Garcia (Jorge Astorga) of Washington, DC; and his niece Yadhira Eguia Riojas. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Frank fought with all his might and was the 12th COVID-19 death in Bee County.
