He is survived by: his children, Sonia Guerra (David), Samantha Benavidez, Sarah Benavidez, Lisa Gonzales and Noah Rodriguez; and his siblings, Yolanda Garcia, Olga Harrison, Delia Benavidez and Ram Benavidez. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oak Park Memorial. A rosary will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church (707 N Ave E, Beeville, TX 78102). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Victory Cemetery.
