It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Myrna Jean Hatcher of Beeville, Texas, who passed away on June 6, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert Knight and Frances Mae Knight (Lynn); and her siblings, Mary Frances Lamb, Nan Jarriel, Myra Spell, Jacqueline Holland and H. L. Knight.
She is survived by: her husband Clarence "Wayne" Hatcher; her sons, David Hatcher (Peggy) of Corpus Christi and Daniel Hatcher (Susanne) of Virginia; and her brother Ronnie Knight of Hazelhurst, Georgia.. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Galloway & Sons Funeral Home - Beeville (409 N Tyler St, Beeville, TX 78102). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beeville Memorial Park (2521 US-59, Beeville, TX 78102).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Myrna's memory to a local charity of one's choice.
