She was predeceased by : her parents, John C. Carter and Magaret Ann Carter. She is survived by : her son John Carter Francis (Karen) of Belton, TX.; her grandchildren, Clayton Andrew Francis (Adrien) of Broken Arrow, OK., Elizabeth Kirchmeier (Danny) of Belton and Ashlie Motsinger (Mitchell) of Belton; her sister-in-law Norma Francis Stafford; her nephew Ancil T. Davis of Witchita, KS.; and her great grandchildren, Madelyn Francis, Mitchell Francis, Hazel Kirchmeier, Judah Kirchmeier and William Motsinger.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dossman Funeral Home (2525 N Main St, Belton, TX 76513). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
