Carolyn Sue Insall Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carolyn Sue Insall (Belton, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 1, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Dalton Millican and Gladys Adams Millican; her husband Arnold "Pee Wee" Insall of Belton, Texas; her children, William David Houghton (Michele) of Franklin and Susan Denise Coffey (Billy Coffey) of Temple, Texas; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Sarah Houghton of Franklin and Ricky Gill (Bethany) of Temple, Texas.; her great grandchildren, Colt and Elijah Gill; and her brothers, Homer Dalton Millican (Linda) of Odessa and Larry Milburn Millican (Tracy) of Georgetown. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dossman Funeral Home (2525 N Main St, Belton, TX 76513). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the North Belton Cemetery Pavilion.
