Sue Hall wrote a sympathy message

“I pray for the peace and comfort of the Lord Jesus Christ to fill and surround each of Charlie’s family and friends during this time. I have wonderful memories of Charlie Joe from my early childhood to the last time I saw him a few years ago at Willingham Baptist Church. He was one of the most humble men I ever met and was always happy, especially when someone got saved. I am blessed to have known Charlie. Sue Van Dyke Hall”
