He was predeceased by: his father John Monteleone. He is survived by: his wife Deidra Monteleone of Texas; his stepsons, Steven Ketcham (Candi), Glenn Ketcham (Ginger) and Marcus Ketcham (Alyssa); his mother Mirriem Monteleone of Texas; and his sisters, Tracy Rebick of Florida and Wendy Langford.
