He is survived by: his children, Angelica Garcia of Temple, Michael Garcia of Temple, David Garcia of Waco, Sylvia Santana and Diana Cespedes; and his sisters, Lucy Sanchez of Las Cruses, NM., Lita Flores and Estella Reyes. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.
