We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2025, at the age of 85, Marian J. Wood in Goldthwaite, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Corbin and Violet Corbin; her husband Roy Wood; her sisters, Wanda Lunning and Janice Parrish; her son-in-law Billy Martin; and her great grandchild Zachary Turner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Tamplen (Donnie), Amanda Greger (Jerome) and Barbara Martin; her brother-in-law Darrell Lunning; her grandchildren, Alicia Smith (Chris), Rebecca Sanders (Ronnie), Stephanie Morton (Sam) and Patrick Greger; her great grandchildren, Stephanie Sanders, Shauna Tamplen, Nathan Sanders, Riley Morton, Marissa Delacruz and Jaycee Morton; and her great great grandchild Lilith Herrera. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dossman Funeral Home (2525 N Main St, Belton, TX 76513). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Greathouse Cemetery (2393 FM93, Temple, TX 76502).
