He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Howard Stevenson and Jewel Lou Brown Stevenson; his siblings, T. C. Stevenson, Robert "Pat" Stevenson, Wanda Lee Raymond, Roy Stevenson, Bobby Stevenson and Mary Loper; and his nephews, Don Reed and Ray Wise.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Stevenson of Ben Wheeler; his sisters-in-law, Jean Ranne (Jerry) and Debra Littlejohn; and his pet Shadow. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
