She is survived by : her mother Lalley Moore (Wilson); her husband David Lee Collins, Jr.; her daughters, Katrina Stevens and Destanie Newman; her sisters, Vicky Matthews and Tammy Garrison; her grandsons, Dontavion Stevens and Michael Stevens; and her nieces, Brittney Griffin, Meagan Flarity, Channel Parrish and Emily Matthews.
