He was predeceased by: his parents, Filemon Villanueva and Refugia Villanueva; and his sisters, Matilde Villanueva, Guadalupe Villanueva, Socorro Revilla and Teresa Jimenez.
He is survived by: his wife Cecilia R. Villanueva of Bishop; his children, Filemon R. Villanueva (Megan) of Arizona and Kristina V. Garcia (Michael) of Bishop; his sister Janie V. Garay of Clute; and his grandchildren, Waverly, Ryan, Jesika, Hailey and Michael Jr.. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
