He was predeceased by: his wife Simone. He is survived by: his children, Linda Poppelaars (Bruce Fein), Cathy Mitchell (Stephen) and Dan Poppelaars (Carrie); and his sister Anne Waegemakers. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
