He is survived by: his father Fred Monroe Ragland; his sons, Charles Dean Ragland, Jr. of Fort Worth, TX and Cary Ragland of Dallas, TX; his siblings, Sharon Black of Houston, TX and Fred Arthur Ragland (Ruth Ann) of Brownsville, TX; his stepsons, Jeff Cohan (Rebecca) of Taylor, TX and Robert Cohan (Marie) of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Carson, Hailey, Claire and Andrew Cohan; and his siblings' children, Corbin Black and Amber Black.
