She was predeceased by: her husband Rafe Curtis Heinen; her parents, Walter Horton and Martha Horton; her brother Walter Horton Jr.; and her grandchildren, Megan McBee and Joshua McBee.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Worton (Lance), Elizabeth McBee, Kimberly Howard (John) and Karl Heinen (Denise); and her siblings, Jack Horton (Linda) and Linda Vivian-Singleton (Robert). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation in Kendalia.
