He is survived by: his wife Martha Martinez; his children, Marissa Martinez (Jose M. Torres Jr.) and Rafael Martinez III (Rudolph Gonzales); his grandchildren, Olivia and Diego Torres; his mother Olivia Martinez; and his siblings, San Juanita Martinez, Olivia Arriaga, Irma Ramos, Apolonia Martinez, Norma Linda Cazares, Cynthia Sanchez, Jose Angel Martinez, Isidro Martinez, Noe Martinez and Ricardo Martinez. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
