He is survived by : his children, Deborah Emmons (John), Vivian Orr (Joseph Mark), Kim Mangum (Jeff) and Matthew Southall (Gale); and his grandchildren, Elissa Emmons, Joseph Mark Orr II, Brandon Oliver Orr, Daniel Orr, Candace Landry, Lucas Orr, Matthew Southall and Karah Oliver. He is also survived by 22 great grandchildren.
