He is survived by: his wife Pearl Marie Martin (Ledgerwood); his children, Tommy Gist (Denise), Dennis Gist (Melissa), Kenny Gist (Delfina), David Gist and Lisa Gist Williams; his grandchildren, Thomas Parks (Crystal), Nathan Gist (Jessica), Jeannie Massong (Bryan), Scotty Gist, Robert Gist (Stephanie), Luke Gist (Amanda), Adam Gist (Michaela), Richard Gist (Jordan), David Oglesby and Justin Keller; his great grandchildren, Trystan of Jonathan, Ala, Landon, Emerson, Anthony, Kaden, Logan, Max, Evan, Madison, Emily, Aleah, Rowan, Willow, Gabriel and Jaxon; and his siblings, Ronnie Martin (Sarah) and Gail Deering (Joe). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and numerous dear friends.
