He was predeceased by : his parents, Royce Nowlin and Thelma Nowlin (Arnold). He is survived by : his wife Carol Crawford; his children, Clinton Nowlin of Elkton, Allen Nowlin of Booker, Texas and Renaii Ortiz of San Antonio, Texas; and his siblings, Billy Nowlin of New Braunfels, Texas and T. J. Vaughn of Fayetteville, Arkansas. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
