He is survived by : his wife Brianna Erickson; his daughters, Emma Robertson and Ella Ralston; his mother Deborah Slavik; his stepfather James Slavik; his siblings, Amanda Jordan (Ricky), Tiffany Ketchum (Daniel) and Matthew Slavik; his niece Jocelyn; his nephews, Dylan, Trenton, Brody and Daryn; and his grandparents, Carl, Nancy Erickson and Vera Spears. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
