She was predeceased by : her parents, Delbert Grottie and Reba Grottie (Frazier); her brothers, Eddie and Trennis Grottie; and her son Phillip Couch.

She is survived by : her husband Rodger Couch; her children, Michael Couch and Jessica Gandham; her grandchildren, Ashlynn Couch and Ethan Gandham; and her sisters-in-law, Debbie Grottie and Faith Ann Neal. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
