With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Vernon Younker of Bowie, Texas, born in San Bernardino, California, who passed away on July 25, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Vernon Younker and Joy Younker (Smart); and his parents-in-law, Lawrence and Freida Gatlin. He is survived by : his wife Vivian Gatlin Younker; his children, Tara Carman (Greg) of Victoria, TX, Tracie Johnson (Mark) of Bluegrove, TX, Tessa Mitchell (Mickey) of Argyle, TX and Robbie Younker of Bowie, TX; and his parents-in-law, Evelyn Mizer, Mariam Vance, Bill and Carol Gatlin. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
